Those interested in staying at the beach, here's a list of hotels. The commute is opposite the normal travel, so should be about 30 or so minutes. There are many alternate options for lodging, ranging from reasonable to outrageous. Below is a list of beach hotels that you may want to check out. Please note that if you're considering a hotel other than these, you may want to double check with Laird Kramer. There are areas of the beach that tend to be very noisy late at night, so be aware of this option (unless you're looking for lots of noise). This roughly ranges from 7th to 11th on Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, and Washington Avenue. We can also make suggestions on side trips if you're spending any extra time in Miami.
